The enrolment for the race through this format carries the authorization in the personal image session of the runners in media reports, photos and televised made by this City. The images captured shall belong to the City of Sitges and may be used by our media means dossiers , presentations. Albums or news reports with the intention of promoting The Mitja Marato of Sitges in or out of the City , look for commercial support or publish them in the media to promote the eventto the society of the electronic information , the participants expressly authorize the carrying out of the format of inscription/enrolment of the contest.
That the personal data be included in the automatic screen on behalf of the Half Marathon of Sitges for the steps taken of this contest. Thus to inform through any media including electronic mail or media equivalent to the products and services of the oganization as well as specific publicity that may be of interest.. Also, the participants may exercise the right to access their own personal data, revise, cancel or oppose their use, through written petition.
